MDG Companies expanded into southwest Florida from Port Charlotte to the Keys at a time when new development growth was exploding.
MDG headquartered in Naples, began with small residential development projects and today has grown and expanded to include award-winning condominium office buildings, the development of a marina in downtown Naples, and the land development of several thousand home sites in eleven communities including the Planned Unit Development Arrowhead, in the Immokalee community which will provide opportunities for workforce families in Collier County.
MDG is currently engaged in a major public-private affordable workforce housing partnership combining essential service personnel for Collier County, the State of Florida, the city of Naples, the Board of Education, two community hospitals, Collier County Sheriffs department, and the fire department. This project will represent a major breakthrough in the development of affordable housing which will guarantee perpetuity of affordable housing for a period of at least 30 years.
