Patrick McCuan
President and Chief Executive Officer, MDG Companies
Visionary builder and developer, Patrick McCuan founded McCuan Homes in 1977 after a diverse career in college academia with degrees from Baylor and the Universities of Louisville, Southern Seminary, and Maryland. Following his success in the Columbia homebuilding market, Patrick turned his attention to commercial development in 1980 and has gone on to a career of “firsts” under the corporate banner of MDG Companies. Today he continues to seek out new “firsts” in the real estate market while continuing his residential and commercial activities in Maryland, Florida, West Virginia and Ohio.
William Klohn
President, MDG Capital of Florida
Mr. Klohn is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker based in Naples, Florida. He has over twenty-five years experience in real estate development in southwest Florida including Naples, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Marathon and Tampa. Bill is a noted leader in the Florida real estate community and has received many local awards. He directs the development, sales and marketing of MDG’s Florida operations and is a principal in MDG Capital of Florida.
Christine A. Richards
President, MDG Companies of West Virginia
Mrs. Richards’ degrees from Purdue University and Loyola College led her to an early career in education which was replaced by a new career path in land development when she first began working with Patrick McCuan in 1983. Since that time, Chris has expanded her areas of expertise to include responsibility for oversight of all the development, construction and leasing activities of MDG. In addition to her duties in West Virginia, Chris serves as the Senior Vice President for Project Development at MDG Companies.
Kelli Rivera
Administrative Manager, MDG Companies
After receiving her B.S. degree from Towson University, Kelli immediately began her career with MDG Companies as an Administrative Assistant. Less than two years later she was promoted to Administrative Manger. Kelli is responsible for the oversight of the MDG office, Columbia 100 Office/Residential Park and all managed properties. In addition, Kelli assists Mrs. Richards in all aspects of leasing and condominium sales.
