Since 1976, the MDG team has developed numerous commercial and residential projects in Maryland including the award winning 134 acre Columbia 100 Office/Residential Park, which includes a Marriott Residence Inn, BB&T Bank, and the MDG Corporate Condominium complex consisting of over 110,000 square feet of Class "A" office condominiums.

MDG residential communities such as Gaither Farm and Owen Brown Estates continue to maintain their prestigious reputations and real estate values.

MDG completed a total renovation of one of Columbia's original downtown office buildings, and promptly earned the NAIOP award as the "Best Office Renovation" for the 30 year old structure, now known as the MDG Patuxent Centre.

The mixed use Park is also home to four hotels, retail and commercial space, 440 residential units and over a million square feet of office space. Columbia 100 was honored in 2004 by the Maryland NAIOP as its "Best Mixed Use Park."

WEST VIRGINIA

Fifteen years ago, vacation lots were available in various scattered small developments throughout the panhandle of West Virginia, but no one had assembled or planned a large, more upscale community for vacationers and retirees in this area.
