MDG Companies is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland with a regional office in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

MDG is a consortium of 50 related real estate companies involved in acquisition, planning, development, construction, and management. MDG is also affiliated with other businesses including equine facilities, travel, and entertainment. MDG owns 100% or are a majority interest in all of its related companies.

Led by Owner and Chief Executive Officer Patrick McCuan, MDG Companies is an assembly of seasoned real estate professionals thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial and residential projects.

Since 1977, Mr. McCuan and his MDG team have successfully developed many commercial projects and residential communities.
